Quotes & orders

Quote faster, and chase less.

Take the enquiry once and the customer’s details, address and room sizes carry through the quote, the order, the fitting and the invoice. Quotes can be accepted online, deposits taken by card or bank transfer, and anything left unanswered is flagged for chasing.

customer record, from enquiry to final payment.

3

7

days before an unanswered quote is flagged for chasing.

The line

Priced for the customer in front of you.

Retail, trade and distributor are different prices, and a good customer is often a different price again.

PRICE TIERS

Three tiers on every product

The customer's tier sits on their record and applies itself to their quotes and orders. Nobody looks anything up.

NEGOTIATED PRICES

A price list of their own

Negotiated lines for one customer, overriding their tier product by product, with the square metre equivalent alongside because that is how the trade quotes.

ANSWERING A PRICE QUESTION

Answered on their record

Every product, what that customer pays, and whether it came from their price list, their tier or the standard price. One screen, while they are still on the phone.

WORKING OUT THE MATERIAL

Room sizes to a quantity

Room dimensions in, area and wastage out, and then what that means for the material itself: linear metres off the roll at its width, or whole packs at its coverage.

GETTING AN ANSWER

The customer accepts it themselves

A quote goes out as a branded PDF and as a link the customer opens without logging in, reads, and accepts or declines. Accepted quotes convert to an order in one click, carrying the lines, the measurements and the fitting across. Deposits and balances are tracked separately from that point, and the delivery address is snapshotted onto the order, so an order that shipped to Plot 4 last March still says Plot 4 after the customer moves office.

Getting paid

Invoices off the back of the order.

Not typed again into something else.
